“The ladies in the reservation office were absolutely amazing! Very patient and kind ladies! Their customer service and thriving for customer satisfaction is excellent and they should definitely be recognized for it! The email I was sent after the reservation was short, simple, yet detailed enough to remind me what to bring and where exactly to meet.
Our guide, Marc, was very experienced and made it look like white water rafting is such a breeze!! Awesome guide and he kept our energies up and our conversations going which was quite difficult because all of us running on one hour sleep. Besides that…he was a great instructor.
